Morley's Final Catalogue: Much overlooked, hence dearth of records. Bentley Woods on sugar in June 1894 (Baylis) unrecorded from the Ipswich district; Aldeburgh (Hele); Needham (L); Elmswell (Skepper). Sometimes not uncommon about Yarmouth (Pagets); unnoted at Gorleston.

Recent Suffolk Status: Very local, mainly found in the Brecks where it can be common at some sites. Occasional records elsewhere in the county are thought to be wanderers.

First Recorded in 1894.
